New Oleville

Hi everyone,

We're going to be completely redesigning the SGA website, Oleville.com. In the meantime, we'll be using this blog as a replacement. Every week we'll update a list of events and important dates, etc., that you would have found on the old Oleville.com.

Unfortunately, there will be no poll questions anymore.

Love,
Your SGA Team

Week One and Beyond

Well, move in day went well. Ole the lion made some stops and photo-ops, President Anderson (affectionately known as PDA) directed new students and handed out water, and first years got their first taste of St. Olaf life.

And Week One marches on. Things have been great, the freshman class appears eager and ready for whatever St. Olaf might throw their way (I'm specifically talking about Playfair). And while they haven't been fully embracing all that St. Olaf offers (This time I'm talking about the week one photo contest, click the "Week One Fun" button above for more information), it's been a great few days and all is well on The Hill.

But today, everything changes...

Because today the campus swells from around 1,000 students to about 3,000 students. A big welcome goes out to all upperclassmen returning to campus today.

The final days of summer are dwindling away, classes start Wednesday morning, so enjoy the next couple of days and rest up for the beginning of first semester.
